If you want to get samples from us, you just need to provide your express account, such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...

If you do not have an express account, you can email us, we can help to send the samples to you outside.

We will consult our local express and quote the transport cost to you, and then you pay the transport cost to our company account.

Yes.

If the sample is plastic, you need to develop a new mold, plastic mold will be a little expensive.

You can send us a 3D design photo, our mold master will help to make it.

If the sample s  wooden, baboon, or stainless steel material, the new mold cost is not too much, we will send modified documents to you and confirm all the detail after confirming an order.

Normally price we quote base on our minimum order quantity, but what if you select many items and want to ship together, we can help to adjust the quantity according to our factory's production schedule and try our best to meet your need. 

To support your business, we can accept some small order quantity to start your trial order.

Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy.

Yes, you just inform us before shipment and will telex release your order when shipping.

Pls, rest assured that we will send videos of production or photos during the production process so that you can know the order situation and estimate your delivery time.
